Place your pre order as soon to give yourself the best chance of getting what you want. Sometimes we are unable to get as much supply as we need to fill all customer orders, and these orders are filled in the order that they are received.

Note: Please keep in mind that release dates frequently change. Even sometimes product cancellation happens. This is a decision by manufacturers and it is beyond our control. Please excuse us when this happens.

• How do I pay for my pre order?
  
  You can simply follow the payment options available on the check out. If you select check or money order, you should send in your payment as soon as possible to ensure that your item is reserved for you. Pre order is only secured after payment is received.
  
  Please note: For all pre order, full payment in advance is required.
  
  
  
• What happens if there is product cancellation?
  
  In a case of product cancellation, we give you 100% assurance that we will refund your money in full. For all pre order, we keep a record of your purchase. You just need to quote us your receipt or order number and we will refund your money in full. For your peace of mind, our company, Cosplay Ozanimart Pty Ltd is an established Australian company. In which, we are legally bound by Australian Law. As you may be aware, we do not only trade online, we also have a physical shop in Melbourne.
  
  
  
• How about if there is change in product release date?
  
  Please note that manufacturer release dates are subject to change (and frequently do) and are out of our control. What we can tell you is we’ll do our best to notify you if there is any delay. Also, feel free to contact us to check on your pre order release dates.
  Note: please allow few days extra shipping time in addition to manufacturer release dates. This is for items to be shipped from manufacturer to our warehouse.
  
  
  
• Do you combine shipping for Pre Order?
  
  Yes. However, combined shipping is only applicable for items with the same release dates. Combined shipping is not available for items with different release dates. Though, we can take special request. If you want us to hold all items till all of them available (which could be several weeks), please write to us: Pre order Combined shipping request in your order form.
  
  
  
• When will you ship my Pre order items?
  
  Items pre ordered will be shipped within three business days after they arrived to our warehouse ;Or sometimes earlier, we always try to ship your items as soon as possible.
