- How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We typically ship within 3 business days after payment is made.
For Australian Wide Deliveries, you can expect 5-14 working days for items to arrive. International Deliveries varies from country to country, but normally it takes 10-21 days.
- Is combined shipping available?
Yes. In fact, we highly recommend you to combine your shipping to reduce your shipping cost.
Combined shipping rates will be automatically calculated by Australian Post calculator.
- What is your delivery method?
Deliveries within Australia are done using Australia Post and Courier. All International deliveries are done via Australian Post only.
- Is insurance available?
Yes. We highly recommend Insurance for expensive items such as: Figures and jewelery to protect you from any loss or damage during shipment.
*For Australian wide insurance, it will cost A$4 for items worth up to A$5000. For Overseas Insurance: A$8.75 for the first A$100 worth of item. A$2.75 for the next increment of A$100 Eg: For $250 items, it will cost $8.75 + $2.75 + $2.75=$14.25 *Price quoted from Australian Post, it subjects to changes.

- How much does it cost to ship to my city / my country?
Currently we are using Australian Post Shipping Calculator to calculate our shipping cost.
As you log in to your account, our website will automatically reflect the shipping cost charged by Australian Post.
If you want to use the Shipping Calculator manually, you can go to the bottom of your shopping cart. Under the heading Postage and Handling, just put in your postcode or country. It will tell you how much the shipping cost is.
- How do you package my item?
In OzA
nimart, we do our best to ensure your order ships safely. We have dedicated staffs who carefully prepare your order for shipment. In addition, the shipping cost you pay already includes all packaging (envelopes, boxes, padding, etc.), and printed labels.
Payment
- What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal. For payment via Paypal please follow the Paypal link if you would like to use this payment method.
We also accept money order and personal cheque. Items will not be shipped until cheque is cleared. It may take 3 working days for a cheque to be cleared.
For payment by Bank Transfer please include your e-mail address. Please note, all orders must be paid in Australian Dollars.
Payment by cash is available upon pick up only. Important: We do NOT take cash via post/mail.

- Are your merchandise legitimate?
We only sell official, licensed merchandise from reputable companies. We do not sell fake or bootlegged merchandise. All items are thoroughly inspected by our staff in store for quality and originality. All available stocks are kept in our Melbourne store and we do not maintain an overseas warehouse. Any unlicensed merchandise that we may have (e.g posters) will be clearly indicated in our listings.
- Are your products new?
Most of the products we sell are brand new, have never been opened and still in the original packaging. We do, however occasionally we sell second hand items or ex display items, such items will be indicated clearly in our listing.
- Can I get a particular character from your random trading figures collection?
Due to the nature of trading figurines we cannot guarantee that you will get a particular figurine/character. All of the trading figures in stock are are sealed/unopened and the items are randomly packed

When can I expect my email to be replied?
Most e-mails will be replied within 48 hours. If you need an urgent response, feel free to call us at +61 3 96543210. Monday to Friday 10am-6pm. Saturday 11.00am-4.30pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time) Please note that e-mails sent on Friday and over the weekend will be replied on Monday.

- What is your guarantee and return policy?
We offer a no-question-asked, 100%- replacement or money back guarantee for all of our products excluding random trading figures, random cards or second hand items. This is to show that you can trust us and our anime products, and that we care about your satisfaction. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
- What is the condition of your guarantee?
The guarantee is not valid for random trading figures/cards and second hand items. Also, we do not cover return shipping cost.
- Why are random figures and random cards not covered by your guarantee?
Because of its nature we cannot, unfortunately, accept returns or replacements for random figurines or cards if you do not receive a particular card or figurine that you wanted.

What does it mean by region 4 DVD?
Region 4 DVD can be played in countries such as: Australia; New Zealand; Oceania; Central and South America; Caribbean; Mexico. Or region free DVD player.
Special tips: Many DVD players can be unlocked to become region free DVD player. Just Google: Unlock (your dvd player specs) region free. In this way, your DVD player can play any region DVD.
