Company History

Our company, Cosplay OzAnimart was founded in 2004 by two avid anime enthusiasts, Wen and Ben. They have been anime devotees for at least 20 years. Some of their early childhood anime titles included: Voltus V, Goshogun, Godsigma, Doraemon, Sailor moon, Mazinger z and much more.

Today, our company has become Australia’s most prominent provider of anime collectables.

Our company is listed as one of the Cultural Contacts by the Japanese Consulate General in 2008. An independent anime magazine, Animaverick, has written positive reviews on OzAnimart.

We have had the privilege of being interviewed by Edge Radio and was broadcasted live during their anime program. We are also an authorized distributor of Madman Entertainment, the largest Anime and manga distributor in Australia.

We actively participate in all major anime events across Australia including Supanova, Manifest, Al-Con, Av-Con and Animania.

As for our staff, we are either anime devotees, passionate anime goods collector or both. Some of us are active committee members of various anime clubs. Let us assure you, we are dead serious about Anime!
